So it seems I'm not needed around here anymore. New guild website and vent will need to be located - Vent has already gone down and the website will continue to be up until Sunday evening. May I suggest Enjin or wowstead. I was going to stay around and help out and finish the weeks raiding but I can't bring myself to that anymore. I'm off to go and enjoy the game more. I'll leave you with a little message I've wrote first:
Never thought I'd say this but i'm gonna go to another guild. I have given everything I could give to Dissension. I wish you all the best in your future raids and never give up. I hope that I will never loose touch with some of you. And that you are gonna go on and do very well in firelands. I know this may be a let down for some of you but its just a game and we must still have fun. Go get Nefarian down before the patch comes! I hope Angr never stops doing such a good job at looking after the guild. And that hes gonna lead you on to good things as he run 's things so well and doesnt allow any else to mess around. I hope you carry on well and you all get a tasty desert for killing Nefarian. I wish you all the best of luck in the future.

As mentioned on my previous news item, Firelands will bring us the opportunity to race completion of it's first Legendary weapon. According to Blizzard 10 man and 25man guilds should be able to obtain the staff at the same pace, which will obviously have it's advantage for a lucky spellcaster in Dissension's 10man raiding team!
The stats are yet still uknown but in the meanwhile I do not want to hold this image of this halleluja back from you!
Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest

Patch 4.2 introduces an epic quest that will challenge those daring enough to complete the legendary staff Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest. The great staff duplicates destructive magics, and also bestows upon its wielder the ability to transform into a member of the Blue Dragonflight. Those who complete the staff won’t be the only ones to receive a reward, though. As this task requires the dedication of an entire guild, upon completion of the staff all guild members will receive a unique non-combat pet to call their own.
Behold the legendary staff Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest. Players will need to embark on an epic questline to obtain and upgrade this powerful weapon.
Only those who have emerged triumphant against the evils lurking within Blackwing Descent, The Bastion of Twilight, and the Throne of the Four Winds will be eligible to begin the legendary quest. Bronze Dragonflight emissaries will be sent to the Alliance and Horde capital cities of Stormwind and Orgrimmar to recruit those who are ready to undertake the challenge.

Wednesday 27th of April Patch 4.1 hit the servers live which also means we can expect Patch 4.2 to come fairly soon as promised by Blizzard, which will include the Firelands Raid instance.
Some additional perhaps interesting notes on Patch 4.1:
As you are enjoying the new content, Dissension hopes you can try to complete these instances while in a minimum group of 4 guild members, which will net us additional guild reputation.

With our first raid happening one week ago today, Sunday 11th April. I thought I'd just post a screenshot of the progress that we have had in 3 raids (we took the Wednesday off).

Forget about last night are currently recruiting exceptional players to help us progress further into heroic boss modes. We are only operating one 10 man raiding team as of the moment so recruitment is very limited. To have the best chance of joining us please head over to the recruitment part of the forums here and fill out our application form.
All good applications will be considered even if the website says we are not recruiting your class, if you make a good application that stands out from the rest we may recruit you because of the person you are and not because of the class you play.
So it seems I'm not needed around here anymore.
